How do we upskill our team?
Our team members’ expert knowledge and experience has allowed us to attain Google Partner status, become Bing Ads Accredited and a VMO Certified Partner. We leverage our partnerships with these and other leading associations to complete regular training sessions, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the latest search marketing developments.
All individual training needs are reviewed on a quarterly basis, and the whole team is updated on relevant industry development at our fortnightly company meeting.
Each delivery team holds a weekly roundtable to share updates, to cascade successes and best practice.
Where does our training take place?
Our 2,500 sq ft on-site training facility provides the ideal surroundings for interactive group training sessions, featuring a high resolution projector & big screen, high quality audio & visual recording equipment and a variety of seating options.
Meanwhile, our regularly-updated online training portal contains a database of tools, best practice, and other training resources, including video presentations from each department, which can be accessed from anywhere for induction and refresher training.
